Begin with the end in mind

Not all those who wander are lost

On Refuel Friday, we use this time to evaluate our week, focus on our goals, and work on ourselves.

By taking a look at our week, we´re constantly learning from our actions and evaluating whether or not they are taking us to where we want to be.

Relax & Enjoy!

But the heart is forgiving and the mind suffers from amnesia, so before throwing ourselves into the weekend, let´s take some time to review what we did, what we achieved.
