🎆BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

It´s been almost a year since this newsletter started, and little has changed regarding the true goal of this project, though there have been a couple of lessons learned, hence this announcement.

Since the goal of this newsletter has always been to share knowledge for free & improve the lives of those lucky enough to read it, I´ve decided to change a couple of things.

Throughout this journey there´s been some up & downs, and I´ve been throwing some things to the wall to see what sticks, and I believe I´ve finally found it.

Starting next week, you´ll be receiving 1 email per week.

Why?

I´ve learned it´s better to have 1 email a week filled with valuable information rather than several of them, which are too long for people to actually read them.

Though it doesn´t stop there.

Staying in line with our true purpose, I´ll be sharing as much as possible throughout several Social Media platforms. This will be done on a daily basis and with a variety of subjects so I do encourage you to follow me there as well.

The idea is that future content will follow not only a schedule but also have a better organization so we can dive deeper into different subjects .

That´s why, before I leave, I want to show you next month´s schedule:

Subject: 😴Sleep

For this subject, and most specifically, this week, I’ll be addressing Matthew Walker’s book Why We Sleep.

This will include 1 email on monday & 1 podcast episode in which we’ll dive deeper into the book in all its glory.
